Grace Interrupted

This watercolor painting was done at the request of a good friend wanting a visual of the event taking place.

Jesus is on his way to heal a 12 yr. old Jewish girl, when someone in the pressing crowd touched him. It was a woman who had been bleeding for 12 years and the doctors could not help her. Jesus realized that power had gone out from him and was looking around to find  who had touched him by faith.

The symbolic correlation of this story is,  that on his way to save Israel,  the rest of the world can also be saved through faith.
